Who is responsible

Henry and Co UK Limited, trading as Intelligent Studios, is responsible for information collected through this website. The company is registered in England and Wales with company number 02493699. Its registered office is Unit E8 Park Farm Centre, Allestree, Derby, England, DE22 2QN.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect:

• your name, work email, organisation and role;
• your organisation website if you choose to provide it;
• your questionnaire answers and any context you choose to provide;
• your appointment time, booking status and online meeting details;
• your preference for receiving appointment reminders by WhatsApp;
• basic technical and security information needed to deliver and protect the form.

Please do not include client names, personal data about other people or sensitive business information in the optional text field.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage your booking, send requested appointment communications, prepare for a useful first conversation and keep an appropriate prospect record.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. It is in our legitimate interests, and yours as someone requesting a business conversation, to respond effectively and keep an appropriate record of the enquiry.

We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their own marketing or use the questionnaire to make automated decisions about you.

Who processes it

Access is limited to authorised Intelligent Studios administrators and service providers acting on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the website and processes requests needed to operate and protect it.
• Supabase stores the submitted enquiry and supports security controls.
• Resend delivers the enquiry notification to Intelligent Studios.
• LeadConnector manages discovery call bookings and sends appointment email and opted in WhatsApp reminders.

Service providers may process information in the United Kingdom or other countries. Where required, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards apply.

How long we keep it

We will normally delete an unconverted prospect record, booking information and questionnaire answers within 12 months of our last activity with you. If you become a client, the relevant client retention arrangements apply. We may keep information for longer where a legal requirement applies or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to correct your information, provide a copy, delete it or restrict how it is used. You may also have the right to object to our use of your information.
